Mohamed AbuSen built his competencies and capabilities from his practical work experience, training experience, continuous development, education and certifications since he holds BSc engineering, MBA^®, PMP^®, RMP^®, ITIL^®, PM^® Diploma, 6 Sigma BB and M Sc in progress.

Mohamed spent his 17+ years of practical experience working for multinational firms; in addition to 10+ years training experience in delivering management, project management, risk management, service management with well-known training providers in Egypt.

Through his practical experience he occupied many positions such as PMO® Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, Service Delivery Manager, Process Development Manage, all of which enabled him to master project management, IT service management, process management, process improvement using 6 sigma framework.

Mohamed has proven track record in managing large scale projects over 10+ years designing and implementing services management in many business lines such as supply chain management, CRM^®, manufacturing, and civil engineering across the whole project life cycles starting from the proposal and biding, contract administration, legal affairs, accounting and finance, purchasing and logistics, subcontract management and operation.

Across his working life cycle, Mohamed has practical experience with multiple quality management models such as 6 Sigma, CMMI^®, ITIL^®, ISO 27001, ISO 9001 and TQM.
