Dalia graduated from Faculty of Engineering in 1992 & made a conscience decision to work in the IT field. After few months in the Egyptian cabinet, she moved into the private sector and added business analysis to her software acquired skills. In 1999, she took her first PM assignment & was fascinated by the project management framework. When she became PMP® certified in Aug 2002 she was among the first 40 people to be certified in the country. She pursued her new PM® career in multinational corporates (EDS – HP) for more than 15+ years. She practiced project management, delivery management, quality management, PPM capability management. In 2008 she established & led the PMO® and managed to achieve the CMMI L3 certification renewal in 2010. Then Dalia assumed regional implementation management roles which introduced her into the program management arena. Achieving the PgMP® certification in 2016 was another important milestone in her career path. Currently Dalia is a professor in Queens College in Ontario, Canada. She is a lecturer for program & project management courses.
